How NIV2FA (operated by Kreate Technologies LLC) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our OTP delivery platform.

1. Who we are

NIV2FA is an OTP and messaging API platform for brands and developers. The service is operated by Kreate Technologies LLC (“NIV2FA”, “we”, “us”).

This policy covers accounts, dashboards, API usage, wallets, and AI agent knowledge you upload.

2. Information we collect

  • Account: name, email, phone, hashed password, language, trial status.
  • API activity: API keys, message logs (channel, destination, status, cost), delivery metadata.
  • Wallet: IQD/USD balances, deposits, withdrawals, ledger entries. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Agents: agent names, prompts, and knowledge-base text you provide.
  • Technical: IP, device/browser, session cookies, security logs.

3. How we use information

  • Provide OTP delivery, billing, dashboards, and developer APIs.
  • Prevent abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.
  • Improve reliability, localization, and support.
  • Comply with legal and financial record-keeping duties.

4. Sharing

We share data with messaging channel providers to deliver your messages, payment processors for deposits/withdrawals, and infrastructure hosts. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Account and ledger records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for disputes, audits, and legal obligations. Message logs may be retained for troubleshooting and billing integrity.

6. Your rights

7. Security

We use hashed passwords, session cookies, HTTPS, and role-restricted admin access. No method of transmission is 100% secure; protect your API keys like passwords.
